Shop Policies

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges.

  • If you receive a broken item, please contact kauis.studio@gmail.com with the name on the order, the order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it. 

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order Processing

  • Please allow for 4 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. During busy seasons, this can be as long as 1 to 2 weeks for processing.

  • Please note that fulfillment time may vary during sales, holiday seasons, and other high volume seasons. Deliveries are estimates, and not guaranteed. 

  • For significant delays, you will be contacted via email of the delay.  

  • For handmade items, please keep in mind that in order to maintain product value, it may take extra time to ensure your item is ready for you. 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once an order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation of your purchase to the provided email address. This will include an order number for your reference. Later, another email will be sent with tracking information on your order. 

  • Shipping times will vary, but U.S. orders can expect to arrive within 2-5 business days. International deliveries should expect longer shipping times.

  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

  • Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails. If you have not received any confirmation or shipment information, please contact us at kauis.studio@gmail.com

  • Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $100 for all US orders and $180 for international orders. 

Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Changes are not accepted once an order has been placed.

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed. If your order has not yet been processed, and you would like to request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at kauis.studio@gmail.com

Customs, Duties, International Taxes

Kauʻi’s Studio is not responsible for any customs of taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Costs may vary by country. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. Please ensure the address inputted to the order is correct. 

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address by contacting kauis.studio@gmail.com with the name on the order, and order.

  • Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it. 

  • In the event that an incomplete address was given, we will contact you as soon as possible. From the date of our contact, you will have 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information otherwise your order will be canceled. 


Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address

If you believe your package has been returned to us, please contact us at kauis.studio@gmail.com with the name on the order and the order number. If you would like your order to be reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee must be paid again. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of the goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded. 

Lost Packages

  • Kauʻi’s Studio is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. We are responsible for your package only up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. 

  • We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim. 

  • We are not responsible for damaged packages. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

Victoria Annalise Purse

This purse is entirely handmade, and I take pride in my work. This purse has an exceptional policy in its warranty. If your purse is not holding up to reasonable usage within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, please contact us at kauis.studio@gmail.com. I will communicate with you on how best to proceed with resolving your case! Here is what you can expect in this process:

  1. Reach out to me at kauis.studio@gmail.com with your concerns. For quicker service, provide your order number, date of purchase, and shipping information. Also include clear explanations and photos of the situation. Having this in your initial email will save us time later on!

  2. We work together to problem solve ♡

  3. I pay [or reimburse you] for shipping and you mail it back to me (it is highly suggested to keep your original packaging just in case!).

  4. I spend some time fixing your purse. Depending on the issues, this can take up to 1-2 weeks.

  5. I mail it back to you good as new!
